Did you know you can use the ACU Medical Clinic as your lab draw station and save money on your out of pocket lab work expenses?  Just bring us your provider’s lab orders to take advantage of our discount prices.

We are also available to every employee, spouse and dependent 12 or over, regardless of insurance coverage, to care for your acute illness needs.

There is still time to get your wellness visit at the ACU Medical Clinic, but appointments are limited.  You may call us today or click on the myACU Quicklink “Medical Clinic Patient Portal” to schedule an appointment and complete your paperwork online. If your spouse does not have a myACU account, please ask them to call us at 325-674-2625 to schedule their appointment.

We will be sending out emails over the next two weeks regarding upcoming events related to the Wellness Program, please be on the lookout for those communications.  You can always refer to our FAQ link to help answer question you still have.

Have you registered for the wellness portal through the GPA website?  In order to receive the additional discount on your premiums next year, you will need to register for the wellness portal and possibly participate in some of the online challenges to fulfill your two additional activity requirements.  Check out our FAQ link for more information.  If you still have questions, you can contact Jessica Hall, our wellness coordinator, at jessicah@gpatpa.com.

We want to encourage all employees that are covered by ACU’s medical insurance to participate in the Wellness Program that was launched on June 1, 2017.  As a reminder, to receive a discount on your premiums for 2018 for your annual exam, the time period for those exams to be completed is October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017.  You still have time to schedule those exams to meet the deadline.  This year we are also giving you the chance to receive an additional discount on your 2018 premiums by completing two activities by November 15, 2017.  You will need to register for the wellness portal through the GPA website to participate. Are you enrolled in dental insurance through ACU?  If so, have you gotten your preventative exam yet this year?  Please remember that we changed insurance providers this year to The Standard Insurance Company.  You will need to present your new insurance card to your dentist in order for them to file your claims properly.  If you have questions or want more information, you can contact The Standard at 800-547-9515 or visit their website at www.standard.com.  Our group number is 160-162268.
