Mail Services is excited to offer UPS, FedEx and DHL services in congruent with postal services for all of your personal shipping needs. All Faculty & Staff will receive 20% off all shipping and product purchases from Mail Services with the exception of USPS stamps. Did you know you can use the ACU Medical Clinic as your lab draw station and save money on your out of pocket lab work expenses?  Just bring us your provider’s lab orders to take advantage of our discount prices.

We are also available to every employee, spouse and dependent 12 or over, regardless of insurance coverage, to care for your acute illness needs.

Faculty, staff and families are invited to a free scrimmage at the new Wildcat Stadium on August 26^th, starting at 6 p.m. Family First will host a pre-game table at 5 p.m. with some free giveaways. Watch for more details!

The new 2017-18 Faculty/Staff Parking Permits (F/S Permits) have arrived and are now available at NO CHARGE during regular ACUPD lobby hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday–Friday.

Recognizing that many employees may still be out for the summer and may not be able to obtain their new permits immediately, enforcement for expired parking permits will not begin until the 5th day of class, Friday Sept. 1st.  Remember that parking citations come with a $20 fine, so do the math; FREE permit versus $20 citations! And as always, while the initial F/S Permit is FREE, replacement permits issued due to theft/loss or for 2nd vehicle convenience are $5 each.

The ACU Medical Clinic is a great option to conveniently fulfill your Annual Wellness Exam Requirement. Preventative exams are paid at 100% by ACU for all employees and spouses enrolled in ACU’s medical plan. To be eligible, the  date of your exam (and your spouse’s, if applicable) must fall between October 1, 2016 and September 30, 2017. As part of your exam, lab work will be ordered that requires a minimum of fasting for 8 hours. You may have your labs drawn at the time of your appointment or drop by the clinic the following morning.
