This automatically updatable, subscription-based software ensures our students always have the latest version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more for as long as they’re a student here and the program continues.

This offer is available to all ACU students. Employees of the university can also take advantage of this offer for home use. University Procurement Office makes all of your departmental shipping easy! You can do all of your UPS shipping straight from your desktop and have it charged directly to your purchasing card with discounted rates. If you do not have a log in setup or have questions about this service please contact University Procurement Office at x2246 or email at purchasing@acu.edu.  For your personal shipping needs, please use the UPS kiosk located at the customer service counter within The Campus Store.

Did you know that with your Emerald Club membership you can choose your car when renting from National or Enterprise Rent-a-car? By using your Emerald Club account you can get upgraded to a larger vehicle and pay the mid-size vehicle rate. Special features of your Emerald Club account include: bypassing the counter, faster returns with an E-receipt, automatic membership upgrade opportunities with enhanced benefits based on rental frequency, and earning free rental day credits. The ACU Medical Care Center is available to the ACU community.  Faculty, staff and their dependents (12 years and older) may now access our services. An office visit is $50 and may be paid for by check, cash, credit, debit, or billed to your ACU Banner account.  Tests and lab work will incur an additional fee.  We do not accept insurance, but we can provide a receipt for you to file with your insurance company if you wish. We are available to help with acute illnesses, minor injuries and sports physicals ($25). Our hours are 8:00 – 4:30 M-F   Call 674-2625 for an appointment.

A reminder regarding Staples returns: When returning an item to Staples contact their customer care line at 877-826-7755. Once you have arranged the return, fill out a pick up request located on myACU Quicklinks and email the form to purchasing@acu.edu to notify us that you have a return to be picked up by our courier. If the item you are returning is less than $25 in value you can keep it or donate it. They will issue you credit for your purchase but not issue a call tag to have it picked up. If you have any questions regarding processing a Staples return, please email University Procurement Office at purchasing@acu.edu or call x2246.

Our continued partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental allows us to consolidate spending, simplify program management and significantly reduce our annual car rental expenditures while providing you with special recognition, service and speed whether renting at an airport or an off-airport location and will bring deeper discounts including insurance for ACU. All rates have been loaded on the booking link under our account. Please make sure to either go to myACU Quicklinks and click on the Enterprise link or call the local branch at 673-0108 when booking a rental for Enterprise as well as National Rental Car. Business Services would like to invite you to enjoy meals in The World Famous Bean!  To provide a fast and convenient way to purchase meals, Faculty and Staff can now charge meals to their ACU Account.  With a swipe of your Banner ID Card you can charge a meal to your ACU Account.  Meals can also be purchased by using cash, credit/debit or Campus Cash.  By purchasing Campus Cash from The Depot or on line at www.acu.edu/campuscash you will receive a discounted meal price of $5.00 per meal.  By charging your meal to your ACU Account, using cash, debit or credit card your will receive a discounted meal price of $6.50.   We encourage you to bless our students by joining them in The World Famous Bean to share a meal and great conversation!  You can set up a Payroll deduction by completing a payroll deduction form to pay for your charged meals.  The form can be found on the Human Resource website, www.acu.edu/hr.  Contact Lisa Flores in Business Services (lisa.flores@acu.edu) with any questions you have regarding this new option.
