Expectations
- Meet with your faculty partner once a week to have honest and open
conversation to discuss observations. - Observe your faculty’s classroom once a week and record observations.
- Attend weekly partnership meetings to discuss progress, questions, concerns and further engage in peer discussion.
- Conduct a midterm evaluation within the class to assess progress and further strengthen student voices for beneficial change in the classroom
- Maintain regular communication with faculty and students in the course.
