We all know that exercise is crucial in our routine for staying healthy. Although we know the health benefits, it does not necessarily mean we follow and listen to the advice we hear. Exercise is important to not only maintain your health, but also for those who have chronic health conditions. Those who have been diagnosed with diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, or heart trouble can benefit from the effects of what exercise has to offer.

Exercise helps your body reduce pain and symptoms of discomfort, as well as stiffness in your muscles and joints. For those diagnosed with diabetes, it is important to do cardio which helps lower your blood sugar level and help maintain your weight. For individuals who have arthritis, exercise helps with stiffness and muscle strength. Those who have heart disease can benefit in interval training. It is important to have a discussion with your doctor concerning which exercises are the most beneficial and safe for your condition.
