ACU’s faculty and staff are invited to join Pruett Gerontology Center on January 31st from 11:30 am-1 pm for a free lunch and speaker Matt Mercer as we learn about legal topics facing older adults and their caregivers. Topics will include:

(1) The need for Wills and POAs;

(2) Revocable Trust Scams/Myths;

(3) Basic Long Term Care Planning Tips; and

(4) Probate and Alternatives.

Matt Mercer is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

This event will take place in the College of Arts and Sciences Conference Room, room 130 of the Sherrod Building, directly next door to the Pruett Gerontology Center.
