Scenario 1:

Name: Ned and Paula Stewart

Ned and Paula Stewart are celebrating their 50th anniversary soon. Ned wants to surprise Paula with a vacation suitable for their age and health. Ned had heard that a new resort (Kuchiatari) was opening in the area. He heard that the hot springs there had health benefits for older folks like themselves. He looks up the information about the health benefits of the hot springs on the Kuchiatari website and is pleased with how much information is provided.

Scenario 2:

Name: Jacob and Lisa

Age: 24

Hometown: Pueblo, Colorado

Jacob and Lisa just recently got engaged. Money is tight because of wedding expenses, but they still want to go to an “exotic” resort. While searching online they find the Kuchiatari website. They think they have found what they are looking for. On the homepage it indicates that it is within the United States and that rooms are not that expensive. When they go to book the room, they are provided with multiple room options to make their stay cheaper, such as not including meals and not having a private hot spring. They are very excited for their future together and their first nights together in the resort.
