These apps are centered around seeing available apartments, it doesn’t seem like there is much capability for rating landlords, and these are geared towards big cities, not for college students. I think what would make it unique would be to target college students, have renters have unique profiles, allow them to be rated as well as landlords

Getting to hear Anne Marie talk was really encouraging. There were a lot of things that I had been thinking about recently, like freelancing while having a full time job, that hearing her perspective helped me. I also really appreciated hearing about the work culture at Dialexa, as it helped me further define what I would like from my place of employment. It sounds like Dialexa is working towards a healthy and empowering work culture for all of their employees, and that the care about building them up as professionals. Now I guess I’m wondering if that is common for workplaces or if it makes them unique.

I think also it is easy to think that your first job is going to decide where the rest of your career goes, but for her it was a good experience that led her to something else she enjoyed more. Its always nice to feel like you are still allowed some flexibility in your specialization, so I appreciated hearing that aspect of her work experience thus far.
