Abby Hunt is twenty-two years old and works in Dallas, TX as an accountant. She wants to purchase clothing and accessories for her close friends as Christmas presents. She has chosen the Navajo Trading Company to make her purchases, because she feels that the store’s style will be liked by all of her friends. The store is located in Sedona, NM, so she doesn’t have time to travel there to make purchases. She starts her search by scanning the website for any good deals or sales. She is pleased to find that such sales are easy to find and scan through. She specifically wants to find a plum-colored blouse for her friend Kaitlyn. Abby is easily able to find items in this color, because the color options are boldly displayed below every item. She wants to find a necklace for another friend so she clicks on the ‘accessories’ tab. Finally she decides to purchase a gift card for her other friend, because she is picky and needs to pick out her own clothing. She uses the ‘wish list’ link to compile the assortment of items she plans to purchase. Abby is able to purchase the items online and have them shipped directly to her apartment. Since she is dealing with a bit of a time crunch, she found solace in being able to track the delivery of her items. When her friends received the gifts on Christmas they loved them, and signed up for memberships to the company website to receive updates on current sale information.

Billy and Sarah Baker are both 55, from Abilene, TX. Mr. and Mrs. Baker are planning their high school reunion at the Hatch House, because it has everything they need their venue to have. The party room is spacious and located close to the restaurant bar. There is easy access to the patio where the live music band they hired will play. Since buying food for a large amount of people can be astronomical, the Hatch House provides a reasonable priced package for the eighty people who have signed up to attend. As long as the Baker’s make sure every guest has left the restaurant by close, they are free to leave and the Hatch House staff will clean up the area. To book the venue, the Baker’s checked the website calendar to see what night was available. They were able to book the venue and purchase the food packages all online. The Hatch House is happy to let their clients come to the venue early to decorate the space how they see fit.

Peter Robinson is an up-in coming R&B rap artist, aka “P-Rob”. He 28, from from Merkel, Texas. He recently discovered that he has celiac disease, which prevents him from eating gluten. P-Rob is planning an after party at his warehouse after a concert and wishes to serve authentic Mexican food and wants to make sure that the menu has gluten free options for both food and alcohol. He went to the menu to see about special deals for ordering a large amount of food. He is delighted to find gluten free options for a great price. He tends to be a procrastinator, so he waited until half time of the concert to order a large amount of food and alcohol from the Hatch House. The restaurant calculates how long the order will take to make and deliver depending on the amount you order and the time that you do so. They also offer payment in person and online. P-Rob had a great experience with the Hatch House and plans on being a returning customer.
