Erin is a middle aged Administrative Assistant living in New York City. Recently she has been tasked with decorating the office space of the new design firm she works at. Her boss said she wants the office to be a playful environment full of colorful art pieces and vintage knick-knacks. She searches for vintage toys on Google and find the Marx Toy Company Website. When she gets to the home page, she find the vintage toy section in the menu and is then prompted as to what type of vintage toy she wants to look at. She explores many different options such as tricycles, wind-ups, and robots. The tricycles and robots peak her interest and she proceeds to place a vintage robot toy and tricycle in her cart. She then proceeds to check out and has the items delivered to her office. Her boss loves the new additions to the office space and visitors and clients love how the office is decorated as well.

Brandon is a 19 year old sophomore at ACU. He is from Abilene and is familiar with Larry’s. He has childhood memories of going there after school or during the hot days of the summer to get some of their homemade ice cream. Brandon has a few friends from out of the area and wants to introduce them to Larry’s as well. For one of his friends birthday, he decides to buy a gift card and send it to him through his email. The day before his birthday, in the few minutes he has in between his classes in the afternoon, he takes to time to buy his friends gift. He opens the internet on his phone, searches for the Larry’s website, and quickly finds the gift card page. He selects the style card he wants, enters his credit card info, then proceeds to enter in his friends email and writes him a little note. He sends the gift card and his friend is pleasantly surprised the next day when he finds the gift card in is email inbox. He and Brandon then go to lunch at Larry’s that day.

 

Brianna is 29 years old and just moved to Abilene for work. She is looking for a place to eat on her lunch break and comes across Larry’s in here search list. She is interested in the idea of a drive and opens the site to learn more about the restaurant. Once the site is open, she sees the “About” tab in the menu bar. She clicks it and is immediately dropped down to the “About” section of the home page. She reads the summary of the Larry’s story and then notices the “read more” link at the bottom. When she clicks this link, she is redirected to a separate “About” page with a complete story and a list of core values that Larry’s uphold. After reading through this information, she convinces one of her co workers to go and eat at Larry’s for lunch with her.
