User Scenario
Cole is traveling for work and is currently staying with a friend in Brooklyn, NY. He read about a new restaurant in Bon Appétit magazine while he was on a plane a few days ago and really wants to try Relationship Pizza Kitchen. He is a total foodie and wants to check out the coolest new places while he is in town. He Google’s the restaurant to see how the menu looks. His friend is a vegetarian so he wants to make sure they have some options to accommodate him. He is also hoping they have some local beer options as he has been testing new brews in every city he visits.
Gentry is a grad student and wants to get together for dinner with her cohort this weekend. They are all on a budget so she is wanting to go somewhere that they can order family style and hopefully make it in time for happy hour. She has a dog named Birdie that she wants to bring with her and wants a place that has a patio and allows pets there. Since her group is fairly large, she is planning on making a reservation for the group.

Situation: Mark’s is a fast moving DJ and is always struggling to find time to eat healthy on the go.He lives in Fort Worth and there are little options for clean eating at night. Mark is looking for a local juice bar for him and his friend’s to go to after leaving a late gig. He heard while DJing people talking about a juice bar, Buda Juice, so he goes to their website to check it out. He first heads over to the menu page to see about times that they are open and directions. He then remembers that he may need somewhere that can deliver, so he checked to see if they offer delivery. He hovers over the photo for a quick link overlay to make a to-go order. He is satisfied to see they offer services through Favor. Mark is ready to check out. He clicks the checkout link. It is really clean and simple to read. While checking out Mark notices that they can ship out of state to Oklahoma where he often commutes for photography jobs. He is satisfied with his order and comfortable to know that he will uses Buda juice Services again.
