ALL LEVELS OF INTD MAJORS ARE INVITED
The Abilene Independent School District is seeking interior design student input for a teaching laboratory for their Nutrition Program serving all grade levels of students, beginning first with FIFTH graders. The interesting aspect about the project is that the nutrition laboratory will actually be the inside of a school bus. The program is significantly funded, so the design ideas will actually be put to work with these financial resources.
I am organizing a “Charette Event” (speed design and brain storming session) here at ACU during the week following Thanksgiving.
Your participation would earn ART/Design Event and Service Project credits, and it will only take a couple of hours.
This activity will bring recognition to our ACU INTD program for the coming year and you will enjoy participating!!!
