Several classes in A+D still have a mask requirement. Watch for emails from professors on this. It’s probably best to keep a mask with you (in your backpack or pocket) at all times so that you are prepared if you encounter an unexpected mask-required situation.

All A&D students and their friends (regardless of major!) are invited to A+D Bible Study this Sunday, October 3rd, from 7-8:30 p.m. in Bible 121. This semester we’ll be looking at lesser-known and overlooked works of Christian art as a window into studying scripture.
Space is limited, so please sign up here.
First year students – be on the lookout for information on how to sign up for your one-on-one appointments. All first-year students are required to choose an appointment time. Additional information will be sent out later this week.
All unlabeled lockers have been cleaned out. If your lock was cut from your locker, please come see me to retrieve your items.
Blog and Student Handbook
…an answer to all of your A+D questions – a very important resource for all art majors. Click this link to go directly to the blog: acuartanddesign.com. Be sure to check out the Student Handbook under the Resources section of the blog. The link to the blog is also included in my signature in all emails that I send out. I will go over this blog in detail with all first year A+D students during our one-on-one appointments in September. (You’ll hear more about the one-on-one’s in a few weeks.)

Safety Plan and Mask Policy
In an effort to keep all members of our community safe, the Art + Design department has received university approval to require all students to wear face coverings over their mouth and nose, regardless of vaccination status, while in the Don Morris building, specifically in Art + Design spaces which includes hallways.
