Color Fan Job for Graphic Artist: Jimmy Lyn’s Catering
Jimmy Lyn’s Catering is looking for two graphic design students to each work on two color fan projects. Preferably sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Each fan will take about 4 weeks to make for less than 7 hours a week. Both students will be working for 8 weeks total. The students will be paid 400 dollars per project, and will meet once a week to share their progress.

Internship Opportunity: The Center For Contemporary Arts
The Center for Contemporary Arts in Abilene is looking for an unpaid intern. This is a great opportunity to learn about working in a gallery, art education, and a way to make connections with local artist. Also a great resume builder!

Mandatory Department Meeting
There will be a mandatory department wide meeting for all art and design students this Thursday, September 1st at 5:00 p.m in The Shore Art Gallery. Important information will be discussed, so make plans to attend.
