Locker Assignments & Polaroids
Freshmen, Transfers & new A+D majors
- I have assigned lockers to our incoming students and you will be getting an email from me with those assignments this week. You will be responsible for getting your own lock. This locker is yours for the next 4 years. All in-process projects need to be stored in your locker unless there is a space in your classroom that your professor has set aside for student work. If you end up needing additional storage, you can come see me to get a second locker.
- I will be taking a polaroid of you for our majors wall when I return. I look forward to seeing many of you again and meeting a few of you for the first time!
Art Event Credits
Suitable App
- All Art + Design majors are required to complete 12 Art Event credits per year. We recommend that you get 6 fall semester and 6 spring semester. For more information about what an Art Event Credit is, see the A+D blog here.
- You will track your Art Event credits using the suitable app (the same app you use for chapel credits.)
- When you open the app, across the top banner it should say “ACU Compass.” Next to those words, there should be a little white arrow that triggers a drop-down menu. There, you should see the option for “CAHSS Compass.” If you click on that, it should direct you to the page where the A+D badge is located.
- This app will allow you to see upcoming events, track your progress and show that you have completed the badge for your end of year reviews.
- Click on the Badge that looks has the A+D logo from the compass app to get started:
