New Service from University Purchasing & Facilities

by   |  04.22.13  |  Announcements

University Purchasing is excited to announce our latest partnership with Facilities & Campus Management regarding the purchase of white boards and tack boards. Effective March 1st, 2013, all white board and tack board ordersshould be initiated through the Facilities office. If you need a white board or tack board go to www.claridgeproducts.com and research the board you want.  They customize boards so if you do not see the one you want they can make it for you.  Once you have the specifications for your board email Facilities at facilitiesmgmt@groupmail.acu.edu and put in a work order request to order and install your new board.  Be sure and include your FOAP in the email.  Claridge Products gives us up to a 58-60% discount from market price on all of our orders.  Not only will you save money on your board but Facilities will already have a work order in their system to install it.  As soon as your board arrives at the warehouse, we will contact Facilities to notify them of your board’s arrival.  Facilities will then install the board in a timely manner.  By utilizing Claridge Products web site and Facilities work order system, we can guarantee cost savings and create a streamlined installation process which will save you time and money.  You save time because University Purchasing will order your board based on your work order request and notify Facilities upon arrival.  This means less lead time between shipping and installation.  We will take care of the process from request to install all while saving up to 60%.
