Staples is hosting an Open House! Monday, November 17th, 10:30 a.m.-noon and 1:00-2:30 p.m. at the Teague Event Center. Talk with experts, view some demonstrations and learn all the ways Staples can continue to help you save. Plus, meet with representatives from some leading manufacturers. Send Christmas cheer through the mail. Stock up on Forever Christmas stamps. Books of 20 and sheets of 20 now available at the campus post office.
In preparation for the cold weather, Facilities & Campus Management will be firing up a boiler this afternoon, 11-10-14. Please contact the FCM Office at ext 2665 with any questions.
The Alpha Sigma Chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon invites families from the Abilene community to a morning of musical fun, exploration, and discovery on Saturday, November 15 from 10 a.m. until noon. Activities will include an instrument petting zoo, karaoke, drum circles and more! We hope that you will bring your families and join us in the WPAC Band Hall for our bi-annual event of Music & Me! Free Admission.
The ACU Credit Union is offering Christmas Loans at 5% for a 12 month term. Also our annual Skip-A-Pay is available for December. Call or come by the office at Room #119 Hardin Admin Bldg / x2486.
All benefits-eligible employees will need to complete their enrollment online between November 10 and November 14, 2014. Watch for more details.

Monday, November 3: 10:00-11:30 a.m., 2:00-3:30 p.m.
Tuesday, November 4: 9:00-10:30 a.m., 4:00-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, November 5: 9:00-10:30 a.m., 12:00-1:30 p.m.
Thursday, November 6: 8:30-10:00 a.m., 1:00-2:30 pm.
Friday, November 7: 9:00-10:30 a.m., 12:00-1:30 p.m.
The ACU Medical Care Center is available to the ACU community. Faculty, staff and their dependents (12 years and older) may now access our services. An office visit is $50 and may be paid for by check, cash, credit, debit, or billed to your ACU Banner account. Tests and lab work will incur an additional fee. We do not accept insurance, but we can provide a receipt for you to file with your insurance company if you wish. We are available to help with acute illnesses, minor injuries and sports physicals ($25). Our hours are 8:00 – 4:30 M-F Call 674-2625 for an appointment.
