The Procurement Office and Warehouse will be closed to conduct a required physical inventory and close out FY17. In order to complete our year end duties we will be closed, Friday, May 26th from noon-5:00, Monday, May 29th for the Memorial Day holiday, Tuesday, May 30th and Wednesday, May 31st from 8:00-5:00.  During the close we will be accepting all incoming shipments (UPS, FedEx and freight). If there is a need for any shipments that arrive, you can pick them up between 8:30-11:30 and 1:00-3:00. There will not be any deliveries or pick-up request performed during this time. If you have any questions please contact the Procurement office at 2246 or email: purchasing@acu.edu.

The GPA mobile app allows you to check claim status, access your eligibility information, view and email your id card, review your account summary and benefits, check your deductible amount, and you can even send a secure message regarding your claims directly to customer service.  To download the app, search for “Group Pension Mobile” on your Apple or Android devices.

Beginning June 1, Concur will become the premier travel request, booking and expense platform for ACU employees. Concur training is being provided for faculty and staff who travel on behalf of ACU.   Katheryn Cansino will be conducting training in the Mabee Business Building. You will need your laptop and your smartphone for the training.

The Library invites you to a come-and-go farewell reception for Jasmine Hoover, Data Services Librarian, on Friday, May 26th,  from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., in the Library Atrium.  Jasmine has served the Library since August 2015, and has accepted a position as Science and Technology Librarian at Cape Breton University in Sydney, Nova Scotia.  There will be a presentation at 2:15 p.m..  Please join us to thank Jasmine for her outstanding work here in the Library.

Cataloging Librarian Jana Davis is retiring after 28 years of service and teaching for the Library. Please join us as we celebrate her work here and wish her well. Her retirement reception will be on Thusday, May 25th, from 2-3:30 p.m. in the Library Atrium. There will be a special presentation and reflections at 2:30 p.m.
