Reminder: Friday’s paycheck (01/31) will not have deductions taken out for benefits except for retirement and (if applicable) ACU gifts. Also, vacation and sick do not accrue on the 3rd check because employees have already received their full monthly accrual amount with the previous two checks.

We want to inform you of an important update that will impact the way you log into the True Rx Health Strategists member app. Employees will be required to add additional information when logging into the platform. Members will be asked to input “truerx” in the field Enter Your Plan’s Website. Please refer to the attached updated flyer for step-by-step instructions on how to log in.

Join us Monday, Feb. 24, from 6-8 p.m. in the Packer Forum of ACU’s Brown Library for our spring dinner, Stories That Carry Us Home: An Evening With Daniel Nayeri. A consultant from TIAA will be offering individual counseling sessions on campus to discuss your personal financial situation and retirement investments on January 29 and 30th. Undergraduate Research, Creativity, and Innovation Festival Abstract Submissions Applications and abstracts for the 2025 Undergraduate Research, Creativity, and Innovation Festival at Abilene Christian University are due on Monday, February 3, 2025 by 5 p.m. The ACU Undergraduate Research, Creativity, and Innovation Festival is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15, 2025 in the Hunter Welcome Center. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the unique flavors and culinary traditions of your home country. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a home cook, we encourage you to share a dish that represents your culture and heritage. To learn more about the event and how you can get involved, please attend one of our upcoming interest meetings on Wednesday, January 22 or Tuesday, January 23 from 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM in BSB112. Our next Headshot Day event will be held on January 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Davis-Tucker Conference Room (#328B), located on the second floor of the Library. This is a drop-in event, so there’s no need to sign up in advance—simply stop by at your convenience! If you’re unable to attend, don’t worry—we’ll host another session next fall. Photos will be available through Canto within 2-3 weeks following the event. While this initiative is entirely optional, we highly encourage everyone to take advantage of this great opportunity!
