Do you need to update the amount you contribute to your retirement account? You may change the amount of your contributions any time. All changes will become effective as soon as you make updates and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by you. You may discontinue your contributions anytime. Once you stop making contributions, you may start again at any time. You can change your retirement savings by logging into Workday, going to “Benefits and Pay” on the left hand menu, and clicking on “Change Retirement Savings.”

With the busy traveling time among us, please keep in mind that ACU has a telemedicine option available. ACU partners with Teladoc to provide telemedicine to all employees and dependents enrolled on the medical plan. Getting sick is never convenient, but telemedicine provides more convenient, quicker access to a medical professional for common conditions. Teladoc allows members to access a doctor from your home, office, or anywhere – 24/7/365. To access Teladoc, you will visit Teladoc.com or the Teladoc app.

The Standard’s Travel Assistance offers members aid before your trip, which includes assistance with cultural information, immunization requirements, visa and passport requirements, foreign exchange rates, assistance with lost or stolen luggage and/or prescriptions, and other travel advisories. The Standard’s Travel Assistance also assists with emergency medical transportation benefits for covered individuals traveling 100+ miles from home. ACU is bringing eHealth Screenings back on campus for your convenience! Complete your complimentary biometric screening to help earn points toward your 2027 wellness credit. To avoid the wellness premium surcharge in 2027, all employees and spouses enrolled in ACU’s medical plan for 2026 must complete a biometric screening and annual physical with their physician by 7/31/26. Onsite Screening Dates and Times: ACU (Abilene) – Hunter Welcome Center December 10th, 11th, & 12th: 7:30 am-12 pm Visit the link for eHealth in the flyer provided to register for your screening. If you are unable to attend one of the on-site screenings, whether you are a remote employee or due to a schedule conflict, you can download a form on the eHealth website to complete your screening with your physician. Follow the steps to schedule a screening to access the form. Please see the attached flyer for additional information about registering for the mobile app. If you have any questions, you can also contact humanresources@acu.edu. REMEMBER: You must fast (no food) for 9 hours before your appointment. Please drink plenty of water. Black coffee is permitted. Continue to take any prescription medications. If you have diabetes, please consult your physician before fasting.
