With Online Advantage you can view your benefit information online at your convenience. It’s an e-service solution that we offer to plan members to find information about your benefits with the click of a mouse!

At any time you can login to view information about your benefits. For plan members you can:

• View eligibility
• View claims status
• Change facility (for prepaid members)
• Request ID card
• Dental cost estimator
• Search for a network dentist
• Contact customer service

Offices will also be closed the Friday of Spring Break. Offices should remain open Monday through Thursday of Spring Break. Staff are welcome to take additional vacation days with their supervisor’s approval.

If you were unable to participate in the Biometric Screenings held on campus in May, you can now participate by using a voucher at Quest Diagnostics between June 1st – June 30th, 2015.

3. Enter your Unique ID: First Name, Last Name and first 4 digits of DOB (For example: Willie,Wildcatmmdd)
4. Complete the registration process online as directed. You will also then be directed to complete your CIGNA Personal Health Questionnaire and schedule your screening.
