Alternative Textbook Session

Thursday, October 18, the Adams Center hosted a session presented by the Innovation Foundry and Library regarding the Alternative Textbook Initiative. This is a needed topic for universities around the nation trying to address the cost of a university education and still provide the best possible information for their students. This talk accompanies a grant issued by the ACU Provost to encourage ACU faculty to incorporate an Open Education Resource text in place of a traditional textbook.
