SUBMIT A PRESENTATION
To present at the 2020 ACU Virtual Undergraduate Research Festival, you must submit your virtual presentation to the Presentation Submission Portal by the submission deadline.
Help is Available: The ACU Innovation Foundry (iF) is available by remote chat 12-5 pm Monday – Friday (and by appointment) to assist with your preparations.
Poster Submissions

- Posters should be saved in PDF format.
- Include in the file name: 1) Presenter’s Last Name, 2) Shortened Presentation Title (less than 5 words).
- File size should not exceed 100 mb.

Narrated Slide Submissions

- Narrated submissions should be saved as videos in MP4 format.
- Include in the file name: 1) Presenter’s Last Name, 2) Shortened Presentation Title (less than 5 words).
- Video recordings should not exceed 12 minutes.
- Judges will be instructed to view only the first 12 minutes of recordings.
- File size should not exceed 300 mb.
