Abstract Guidelines

Abstract Submission Portal will open December 1. Write and organize an abstract following the categorical prompts described in the URCI guidelines. Submit it and requested personal information through the Submission Portal. The submission deadline is Friday, February 3, 2023.

Example Presentations

On this page you will find some of the presentations from the 2020 Virtual Festival. Although the 2023 Festival will host live presentations, these recorded presentations provide examples of presentation content.

Festival Registration

The 2023 Registration Portal will open February 20. All presenters must register (at no charge). All registrants can reserve a free Festival T-shirt. ACU students may nominate a Mentor of the Year.  Faculty and staff will be asked if you are willing to judge. Deadline is Friday, March 10, 2023.
