Abstract Guidelines

Abstract Submission Portal opens Monday, December 2. Write and organize an abstract following the categorical prompts described in the URCI guidelines. Submit it and requested personal information through the Submission Portal. The submission deadline is Monday, February 3, 2025.

Example Presentations

On this page you will find some of the presentations from the 2020 Virtual Festival. Although the upcoming Festival will host live presentations, these recorded presentations provide examples of presentation content.

Festival Registration

Students accepted must confirm participation. Registration will open March 17th. All presenters must register (no charge). ACU students may also nominate a Mentor of the Year. Faculty and staff will be asked if you are willing to judge. Registration deadline is Monday, March 24, 2025.
