I loved this video. I went and looked at the majority of this users videos and was so impressed. I feel like they shot this was a DSLR and I really liked how they were able to focus in and out on certain objects. I also like how they did the hand letter title sequence at the beginning, I thought that was real creative and nice.

Flickr was able to help me out a whole lot with this project. I was able to find different alternative camera pictures, even scanner portraits. I really do like the lomo camera pictures, because of the process… you’re not sure what you’re going to turn up with until you develop the whole roll of film, and to me that is exciting.

This has always been something that I’ve wanted to try and never have, it seems intimidating. After watching the process and how you are able to create these images I feel more confident about exploring this option. My favorite pictures are the blurry ones because I feel like the tell a story of the motion, and leave kind of a footprint behind.

I remember seeing this photographer a while back, maybe from advanced photography? I really enjoyed the almost eire types of pictures he produced. Capturing such a competitive sport in an unflattering light is really creative. I like how he is able capture portraits that are pretty unflattering, but still be beautiful all at the same time.
