Patricia is 30 years old and married with two young daughters. She is planning a trip to Hawaii and looking for a place that accommodates handicapped guests as well as children. She came across the website for Begonia Resort and Spa and decided to check it out. First she saw that they have amenities that cater to children on a featured section of the website’s home page. After clicking the link to read further, she discovered that Begonia has a great pool that kids would enjoy as well as beach access by sidewalk with multiple covered gazebos that would make a good place for Patricia to spend time with her family on the beach and get some sun. She was convinced the Begonia would be the perfect place, but because of her injury, before leaving the site she wanted to make sure the resort could accommodate her, so she visited the “stay” tab where she made her final decision to book a stay at the resort after viewing a suite that not only had handicapped accommodations, but learned that each 7 night stay includes one Begonia Spa Relaxation Package.

They aren’t comfortable renting and B&B, so they are looking for a more established company that offers private housing. After coming across Begonia Resort and Spa, Daniel and his wife viewed the tour of the Villa options and fell in love with the place. The only problem was that Jeff’s wife has special eating restrictions and they weren’t sure if the hotel restaurant had options that would suit her well. They found more information about the hotels restaurant and breakfast services and decided the resort would be a nice fit.
