INTD Gingerbread House Construction Competition
This Saturday, December 1st 10am-12pm, the ACU Interior Design Department is hosting the 2nd Annual Gingerbread House Construction Competition at the ACU Williams Performing Arts Center Lobby. Join us for a fun-filled morning of Christmas themed jolly to fuel your creative senses! Perfect for ages 1 thru 100. Everyone is invited!
Only $15 for teams of 3-5, all profits will be donated to Project Merge, a local home renovation project led by ACU interior design students. To learn more about Project Merge visit the ACU website here
A table will be set up in the Campus Center Wednesday-Friday 11am-12:30pm for more information about the Competition and to sign up! You can also sign up your team by visiting the facebook page and comment with your team name and the name of each team member! Cash, check and credit/debit cards will be accepted.
Senior Show – Vintage Blossom

On November 16th the Shore Art Gallery oped to the Senior Show “Vintage Blossom.” The seniors honored were Jenny Shumaker, Brittany Polnisch and Nicole Dorsey. The evening was full of laughter, vintage decorations, yummy snacks, and great work from these hard working seniors.
ACU AIGA Trip to Austin – Fall 2012
12 ACU A&D students headed down to Austin to meet up with some of the most revered designers in Texas. Ryan Feerer chaperoned the ACU AIGA trip and also set up meetings with Christian Helms and McGarrah Jessee . We not only learned how agencies and smaller firms work, but also how the design business world operates. The trip was a success and we all cannot wait until the next trip in the Spring!
