The ACU Theatre premieres this new musical direct from a New York workshop production in 2015. A musical romance infused with humor and heartache, After Zoey captures the passion of a 16-year-old dreamer who yearns for a full and healthy life as she battles a critical illness. Zoey exasperates her mother and sister with her cavalier attitude toward her health but also finds them her biggest champions. As a series of boyfriends woo her through her bedroom window, Zoey discovers love and a glimpse of eternity. Don’t miss this heart-warming, life-affirming musical!

Energy Program Reminder

by   |  08.15.16  |  Announcements

Welcome back! As we gear up for the new school year please take a moment to review the ACU adopted Energy Conservation and Building Management Guidelines. We have done a great job in reducing our energy usage across campus and I want to keep the momentum going. If you are finding your area is constantly too cold/hot, please let facilities management know as soon as possible. We also want to remind you that Network Copiers are exempt from being shut off. It is important that these remain on for billing purposes and updates. There is an energy savor mode that can be enabled to allow savings while still being able to communicate on the network. If you have any further questions please email Facilities Management or ben.rude@acu.edu. Thank you and have a great semester!

NCAA Rules for Student-Athletes & Faculty/Staff

by   |  08.08.16  |  Announcements

NCAA regulations permit an ACU coach or staff member to provide a student-athlete or an entire team with an occasional meal on infrequent and special occasions, but these meals must take place at the individual’s home, on campus, or at a facility that is regularly used for home competition.

A few important reminders regarding occasional meals:
•       Southland Conference regulations limit occasional meals to once per month per student-athlete
•       A prospect enrolled in summer school and attending classes during the summer term may attend an occasional meal
•       A signee may attend an occasional meal prior to the first day of classes only if they have arrived on campus with the intent of staying at ACU to attend classes that semester

All occasional meals must be pre-approved by the Compliance Office. To seek approval to provide an occasional meal, you will need complete an Occasional Meal Form in the Athletic Compliance. For more information on this process, contact James Feeney (325.674.2330)
