Family First is to please to announce that the monthly Speaker Series will now be held in the Bean glass room. Faculty and staff are invited each month to a free lunch in the bean with your reservation. Space is limited to 30, so please RSVP early at familyfirst@acu.edu. Mail Services is excited to offer UPS, FedEx and DHL services in congruent with postal services for all of your personal shipping needs. All Faculty & Staff will receive 20% off all shipping and product purchases from Mail Services with the exception of USPS stamps. For any questions regarding these expanded services, please call Jennifer Gillotti, Mail Production Supervisor, at x2865.

Please note that if you are shipping through UPS on behalf of the University, there’s a negotiated discounted University rate, and you will need to process this transaction through your desktop portal. For questions on how to access your UPS desktop portal, contact Geoffrey Klafter at x2365 or gak02b@acu.edu.

Please remember as you use your P-card for purchases of food, supplies or at the ACU Bookstore, to mention that ACU is tax exempt and should not be charged tax for purchases. Replacement chip purchasing cards were not printed with the university’s tax-exempt ID number. If you would like to request a new card with the tax ID number, please e-mail Sara Parker at sara.parker@acu.edu. Reissued p-cards will be ready for pickup in 7-10 business days from the order date. In the meantime, proof of tax exemption can be proved by using the following forms:

Faculty can now research, adopt, and provide insights into textbooks and course materials through our Faculty Enlight portal.

The staff senate will be voting to make a few revisions to its bylaws at the next staff senate meeting. You can go here to view the proposed changes.

The Student Recreation and Wellness Center will close this Thursday, October 26 at 7 p.m. for Fall Break. It will remain closed on Friday and Saturday and will reopen at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
