UPS Campus Ship Account Update

UPS Campus Ship Users: Due to the changing of the expiration date on our new credit cards with the chip you will need to update the payment method for your UPS Campus Ship Account. Please follow the steps below. If you have any questions please contact the Purchasing office at purchasing@acu.edu or 2246.

1. Log into Campus Ship
2. Click on Set your Preferences
3. Scroll Down to Payment Method
4. Click on Add or Edit Payment Methods
5. Choose Mastercard from Payment Method Type drop down menu
6. Enter Card Number, Verification Code and Expiration Date
7. Click Make This My Defualt Payment Method Checkmark box
8. Enter Billing Address: ACU Box (your box number) Abilene, TX 79699
9. Click Update

Benefits Tip: Wellness Program

Don’t forget to complete your two extra activity credits by November 15th!  You have the ability to receive two different discounts on your premiums for 2018.  One for completing an annual exam between October 1, 2016 and September 30, 2017.  Then, another for completing two additional wellness activities.  It is not too late to register for the wellness portal and complete two activities.  For more information, check out our FAQ link or contact our wellness coordinator, Jessica Hall at wellness@gpatpa.com.

Fall Break/Weekend Trips
The Hillcrest University Ministry is sponsoring a trip over Fall Break, October 26-29.  The trip is open to any ACU students, faculty or staff.  To register go to www.hillcrestonline.com/harveyrelief.  If you have any questions call Justin Hatfield at 325-691-4222.

Cashiering Hours

Lowe’s Discount

The Purchasing office has partnered with Lowe’s using our buying group cooperative TCPN contract to help save money on all Lowe’s purchases for the university. With the use of the Lowe’s Pro Services Government Contract Savings Card you receive a 5% off every purchase. You can do this without having to go through the commercial services counter. Family First Speaker Series
