1. An application that allows the user to pick lengths of running routes and the app will map out a five mile or so route that goes in a loop back to your original location. The user can save their routes and save it with their friends.

2. There could be an app for people with children. The user profiles would allow them to identify age groups of their children and the application would give suggestions for fun activities around the town to partake in. It could also provide information for community and after school programs and resources for parents.

3. A how-to application that provides the user with image based how-to’s for on the spot information.

4. Job line, a job app that provides up to date information about jobs and internships available in your field. Could draw from AIGA and websites similar to that.

5. A video app that combines selected videos and selected audio files and juxtaposes them into some random music video.

ACU Sports games: Since I work for ACU Athletics instead of going on the ACU website to find out games coming up, we could have an app that shows athletic games playing for that week. Also if a non ACU student wanted to purchase a ticket they could do it with the app instead of waiting in line.

Why to Attend ACU: We could have an app of ratings of the school and comments from students of why they attend ACU. You could have a tour guide narrator show you pictures of different buildings on campus for all the different majors. Then you can click on food for bean/bean bucks info, library, chapel, etc.

Compatible App: A dating app that shows who you would be compatible with based on your personality and what type of guy/girl you are looking for. Then it connects to people on the app around you that you can contact.

ACU Healthy: An app that tells you healthy foods on campus that you can get a the bean or campus center. Also, shows you healthy places around campus.

On the health track: It is an app that combines heart rate, time, distance, calories burned, etc. when working out or running.

1. Pill/Medicine reminder app. This app would allow you to enter all of the information about your prescription and even upload an image of the pill with your dosage amounts, and set the days and times of the week that you need to take this medicine. It would then sent you notifications, with a snooze or delay button so that it keeps reminding you until you take it. It would also have a feature where you can re-order your prescription from your local pharmacy.

2.A nutrition calorie counter app. One of the main problems with these kind of apps for me is the lack of nutritional information available for restaurants, especially local. I like to record everything I eat and exercise, but going to a local restaurant where there is not any nutrition information makes it difficult. I want this to be a large database, where you can even add restaurants easily with their nutrition information (say you ask the owner for this information), and also a log to keep track. Images of the meals could also be an option so you can remember and add the info later.

3.Design blog/community networking or finder. It is always a challenge to find new GOOD designers and their blogs unless you get their from someone else. I would like a database for finding this, and even a networking opportunity for finding jobs. similar to dribbble, but it would be more of a social networking app that then links you to their portfolio/blog.

4.My favorite food app. I always have a go to favorite at restaurants, but sometimes at a new place, I get something and love it. But then when you go back you cant remember what you got last time. This allows you to take a picture of what you ate, enter the name, and then even post it so your friends can see. It would be like advertising for the restaurant, but also its just a type of feed saying good foods, and it allows you to remember what you get.

5. An in depth travel app. One that includes all of the tasks that many different websites offer. It is so frustrating trying to plan a trip, and trying to find the cheapest best deal, but you have to search 10 different pages for packages and different travel websites. This app would compile all of your choices with an extensive search options, in order to narrow or widen your choices. This would allow you to search for an area, or for all-inclusive or package deals, with dates of travel and location.

1.) Inspiration network. A place where you can save all of your design inspiration, see your friends, have genius recommendations for websites, and categorize your images.

2.) Coffee App. Find local coffee joints other than starbucks. There are always different and funky places to get a good cup of coffee. Customers can post reviews and images. Maps, special events listings. Also has special recipes, and you can store and share all of these.

3.) Concert social network. Not just for main stream! This would include open mic nights, small concerts, charity events. Purchase digital tickets and download them right to your phone/ipad

4.) Email manager. This would let you type up and email and send it at a specific time. For example, if you think of something that needs to be sent, but not at the moment, you cold set an alarm/time for it to be sent.

5.) Color Palette manager! Make up color schemes from photographs, get the specific pantone #, share with your friends.
