Fine Arts Chapel: Tuesday March 6th
One of ACU’s Theatre Department’s Alumni, Nathan Jeffrey, will be speaking in Fine Arts Chapel next Tuesday. He is visiting from Taproot Theatre in Seattle. We will meet in Fulks Theatre and have sign-in sheets for all the students. Come out for a great speaker and great fellowship!

ADDY’s – Award Winners
Congrats to all the award winners at The ADDY’s this year. ACU brought in several awards and best in show. 35 Student Addy awards were given and our Art and Design students took home 20 of them. Out of 10 Gold Addy’s awarded we won 8 of them. In addition, Jordan Bell won Best of Show and the Judges’ Special Award “Best Piece to Get Your Foot in The Door”. James Utley also won the Judges’ Special Award of “Outstanding use of Infographic”. The Gold Addy’s and the Judges’ Special Awards will automatically go on to compete at the district level.

The Shinnery Review – Submission Deadline Extended

Greetings Art and Design Majors!
It still isn’t too late to submit your work to The Shinnery Review! We have extended our submission deadline to Wednesday, Feb. 29, and would still love to get your poetry, photography, artwork, and short stories. We would especially love to get more artwork and photography to include in the magazine. Just attach your work to an e-mail and send it to shinnery@acu.edu.
We’ve already seen some really good submissions, but we know there’s a lot more talent out there and hope to see even more good work. So send your stuff our way, and tell your friends to do the same! We accept submissions from all ACU students from all majors.
