Missionary Tech Team Internship Interest Meeting

All students are invited to learn more about open Internship opportunities with the Missionary Tech Team in Longview, TX. An Interest meeting with refreshments is scheduled for Wednesday, March 4 at 5:00 pm in the Shore Art Gallery.

Missionary TECH Team is a non-profit Christian ministry that serves other ministries with technical and professional services at a cost less than what someone would find from the marketplace. INTD major, Steph Muwangi, participated in the Internship program during the summer 2014.

Students who might be interested in a MTT internship include these majors, so bring your friends:

  • Accounting
  • Architecture
  • Computer Science
  • Engineering
  • English
  • Graphic Design
  • Interior Design
  • Photography

MTT services include:

  • Planning and design of facilities, such as churches, camps, offices, and schools
  • Graphic design services, including banners, printed materials, and corporate identity, such as logos and letterhead
  • Computer services, which focuses on software development for all platforms, including mobile devices
  • Car leasing program for missionaries on furlough in the US; we maintain and lease the cars from our office in Longview, TX

The MTT staff are faith supported, the same as a typical missionary.  MTT has full-time service opportunities and an internship program.  The program provides housing for students looking for an opportunity to serve God and gain useful professional experience.  It is not a paid internship, however students are encouraged to raise funds for travel and living expenses.  Please take a look at the website for more information: www.techteam.org.
