Jack Brauer takes these amazing photos of landscapes and the colors are outstanding. He takes trips all around the world taking photos. I really favor his landscape photos that have a river or  lake and shows the reflection of the landscape. Jack Brauer is from Colorado and I can see why he takes photos of landscapes. Some of his photos are from his hiking trips and camping sites. He would randomly wake up and take photos as well. He also got his BA in Fine Arts Printmaking which is interesting since he is a photographer now. Check out his website.

The editing on this particular photo is breath-taking. I’ve come to admire a lot about a picture with the editing decisions that are made.I find myself asking the questions “how many layers does it have?” “what editing software did they use?” and “what techniques do they use that are apart of their particular style?”

I agree with Kelcie about the breathtaking editing. he really did a phenomenal job making the decisions on light and color. It intimidates me when i see such a beautiful and rich image with seemly subtle editing (but when you know what we know about editing, its not easy at all i bet).

Oh my gosh these are so unbelievably beautiful! The colors are exquisite. I don’t know what kind of editing he did in his pictures but it’s remarkable. I would love to learn how to do this. I love landscape photography because I think there is so much aesthetic beauty in nature.

These are so pretty! All his pictures makes me wish I was there. I also agree with Kelcie about the fantastic editing! His colors are so rich and full of life, which really enhance his already beautiful pictures. I especially love his pictures with mountains and reflections. I just think those are so well taken!
